Life skill: the three steps of crossing the street safely

🚦 Cross Safely

A life-skill game for young kids: a toy street with cars, buses and motorbikes rolling by, and a child on the curb learning the three steps of crossing in order. First press the button on the light pole and wait while the traffic light turns yellow, then red, so every car slows down and stops at the line. Next tap the two round buttons to make the child look left and look right until no car is coming. Finally walk across on the zebra stripes, where a little friend waits and waves on the far side. Every step shows a sign on screen and is read aloud; tapping out of order just makes the child shake their head with a smile and hear a gentle reminder, and three full crossings in a row earn a star.

Tap the blue button on the light pole to ask for the light, then wait while it turns yellow, then red, and every car stops at the line. Tap the Left and Right eye buttons to turn the child's head both ways; once both are done the Cross button lights up and a tap walks the child over on the zebra stripes. Tapping out of order just gets a head shake and a gentle spoken reminder so you can try again. Three full crossings in a row earn a star. Tap anywhere on the scene to hear the current prompt once more.
