Standard 5-field crontab: minute hour day-of-month month day-of-week. Supports * , - / steps, names (JAN-DEC, SUN-SAT), 0 or 7 = Sunday, ? treated as *. When both day-of-month and day-of-week are restricted, cron fires when EITHER matches (standard OR rule). Times are matched against the server's wall clock, so a zone with daylight saving shifts its Vietnam-time equivalent by an hour twice a year. The two switch days follow Vixie/cronie: a job with a fixed hour and minute runs a skipped spring hour right at the jump and a repeated autumn hour once; a job with * in the minute or hour field follows real time, so it runs both passes of a repeated hour and never catches up a skipped one.
