Data: the official WHO LMS tables — Child Growth Standards (2006) for 0–60 months, joined with the Growth Reference (2007) for 5–19 years. Each index covers exactly the span WHO published, no extrapolation: weight-for-age 0–10 years (WHO drops it afterwards because puberty skews weight — BMI-for-age takes over), height-for-age 0–19, BMI-for-age 5–19. Length is measured lying down through month 24, standing height afterwards (the standard already accounts for the −0.7 cm difference). Classification per WHO: weight-for-age below −2 SD = underweight, below −3 SD = severe; height-for-age below −2 SD = stunting; BMI-for-age above +1 SD = overweight, above +2 SD = obese, below −2 SD = thin.
